ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Engr. Bernard Nicolas E. Villamor

Graduated BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering in De La Salle University    

Professional Electronics Engineer, placed 13th in the (ECE) Electronics and Communications Engineer Licensure Exam 

Completed his Executive Master in Business Administration in Asian Institute of Management, and with acquired units in the Dissertation Stage leading to a degree in Doctor in Business Administration

Worked as a Senior Technical Engineer at Pentax Cebu Philippines Corp. 

After which he opened and headed his own company, Asia Technologies Corporation in Mactan Economic Zone, Cebu   

Currently he is the Chairman of the Board and President of Cebu Institute of Technology – University 

Has recently been elected as President of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU) for 2022 – 2024

And appointed as the Chairperson of the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations (COCOPEA) for 2022-2023
