The Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU), in partnership with FranklinCovey with the support of the Private Education Assistance Committee, would like to invite you to the webinar "The 4 Disciplines of Execution®: Achieving Breakthrough Results Across All Your Roles" on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, via Zoom Teleconferencing.
The primary objectives of the 4DX training are:
Focus on Wildly Important Goals (WIGs): Teach participants how to narrow their focus to the most crucial goals that will drive the success of their institutions.
Act on Lead Measures: Share tools and techniques to identify and measure the activities that have the most significant impact on achieving WIGs.
Create a Compelling Scoreboard: Share the abilities to track progress effectively and maintain team engagement.
Establish a Cadence of Accountability: Foster a culture of accountability to ensure that teams consistently execute their most critical goals.
