THE 4 DISCIPLINES OF EXECUTION (4DX) WORKSHOP FOR EDUCATORS

The Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU), in partnership with FranklinCovey and with the support of the Private Education Assistance Committee, would like to invite you to attend The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) Workshop for Educators on February 17 - 18, 2025, at the Manila Tytana Colleges, Pres. Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Metropolitan Park, Pasay City.

The primary objectives of the 4DX training are:

• Sustained Success: To enable participants to execute Wildly Important Goals with excellence - in other words, to produce real and significant business results (not just knowledge or concepts)

• Excellence in Execution: To provide them with a set of repeatable skills so they can execute with excellence from now on.

2. Discipline #1: Focus on the Wildly Important

3. Discipline #2: Act on Lead Measures ● Principle: LEVERAGE
● Output: Formatting our Lead Measures

4. Discipline #3: CREATE A COMPELLING SCOREBOARD
● Principle: ENGAGEMENT
● Output: Building our Scoreboard

5. Discipline #4: CREATE A CADENCE OF ACCOUNTABILITY
● Principle: ACCOUNTABILITY
● Output: Creating high-impact commitments

In addition to the distinguished speaker from Franklin Covey, the participants receive a Certificate of Participation/Completion from Franklin Covey, a workshop kit containing a workbook, pen and paper, great facilitators, and food: AM and PM snacks and lunch.
